Wir haben einen 2 Wöchigen Badeurlaub gebucht, in Zimmer mit "Sea View". Als wir im Hotel angekommen waren bekamen wir Zimmer zugeordnet die einen wunderschönen Blickauf eine Strasse und Palmen und Büschen bot. Das Meer ist dahinter! Als wir zum Strand gingen fanden wir nur gebrochene und vor Dreck strotzende Liegestühle vor. Der Strand war übersäht mit unrat, wie Becher, Plastiktüten, Flaschen und Papier, die Strohgedeckten Sonnenschutz waren ebenfalls kaputt. Wir haben sofort mit dem Management sprechen wollen, die auch prompt kamen und feststellten, dass man da nichts machen kann, da die Strände nicht Privat wären und die Liegestühle von "anderen" Leuten misshandelt und kaputtgemacht werden!!! Im übrigen "sei der Generalmanager in der Früh selbst am Strand geweden und hat den Müll aufgesammelt"
In den zwei Wochen gelang es uns nicht einen intakten Liegestuhl zu finden, auch wurde der Sonnenschutz nicht wie versprochen repariert. Dies ist kein Urlaub, denn am Pool zu liegen muss ich nicht in die Karibik fahren!!
Auch hatten wir unsere liebe not mit den Pool/Beach Towels die laut einem Willkommens schreibens jeden Abend ausgetauscht werden. Wir mussten die Zimmermädchen eine Woche lang um diese Badtücher bitten und mit Trinkgeldern nachhelfen!
In der nacht ist die Reception nicht besetzt!!!
